Practitioner of Sound Therapies Certification
2-Day Immersive Group Sound Training
This training was designed for those who feel called to work with sound as a pathway to regulation, restoration, resonance, and meaningful human connection.
Here, sound is approached with intention. Presence matters as much as technique. And the practitioner is understood to be part of the medicine itself.
Students learn how to create deeply supportive group sound experiences rooted in nervous system awareness, energetic integrity, and embodied presence.
Instruments & Practices Explored
During this immersive 2-day training, students are introduced to a variety of sound healing instruments and approaches used in therapeutic group settings, including:
Crystal Singing Bowls
Himalayan Singing Bowls
Gongs
Drums & Rhythm Practices
Chimes & Percussive Instruments
Voice, Breath & Tonal Practices
Sound Meditation & Sound Journeys
Foundations of Sound Nidra & Rest-Based Experiences
Students participate in both experiential practice and hands-on facilitation exercises throughout the training, allowing them to both receive and offer sound experiences in a supported environment.
Practitioner of Vibration Therapies Certification
2-Day Immersive Group Vibrational Training
This training was created for practitioners who feel called to work one-on-one with clients using vibration as a pathway into regulation, restoration, relaxation, and transformation.
Here, vibration is not approached mechanically. Therapeutic presence matters as much as technique.
Students learn how to create supportive and therapeutic private sessions rooted in attunement, nervous system regulation, safety, mindfulness, and embodied listening.

During this immersive 2-day training, students are introduced to a variety of vibrational therapy tools and therapeutic applications used in private one-on-one sessions, including:
Weighted & Unweighted Tuning Forks
Vibrational Protocols for Relaxation & Regulation
Bowls on the Body
Fascia-Informed Vibrational Applications
Somatic Grounding Techniques
Breath, Presence & Nervous System Support
Vibrational Flow Sessions

Students participate in hands-on practice throughout the training, both giving and receiving sessions in a supported learning environment to develop direct embodied understanding and practical confidence.

Hi, I'm Sandy Vibes. I'm so glad you're here.
When I discovered the teachings of Meditate: School of Mindfulness & Sound, I found more than a certification. I found a way of understanding sound and vibration that transformed the way I practice, teach, and support others.
That experience is what inspired me to become an Affiliate Teacher.
