Understanding something is one thing.
Living it is another.
The Monthly Guided Integration Workshop is a new 90-min offering created for those who want to move beyond insight and begin practicing what they're learning in a smaller, more interactive setting.
Unlike our Deep Dive Conversations, which focus on exploring a topic together, these workshops are designed to help you slow down, reflect, and begin integrating what you've discovered into your everyday life.
This Month's Theme: Equanimity
Life will always bring change.
There will be moments of uncertainty, difficult conversations, unexpected challenges, and emotions that pull us away from ourselves.
Equanimity isn't about avoiding those experiences or pretending everything is okay.
It's the practice of noticing when we've been pulled off center... and gently finding our way back.
Together we'll explore this practice through guided reflection, meaningful conversation, and experiential exercises designed to help you connect what you're learning with your own life.
During this workshop you'll:
Explore what tends to pull you away from your center.
Work through this month's Guided Integration Guide with space for personal reflection.
Share insights and learn alongside others in a supportive small-group setting.
Experience a guided meditation to help embody the practice of returning to center.
Each workshop is intentionally kept small to create space for thoughtful conversation, personal reflection, and meaningful participation.
Whether you're new to inner work or have been on this path for years, this is an opportunity to deepen your practice with curiosity, compassion, and intention.
What to Bring
• A journal
• A pen
• A quiet space where you can fully participate
• A willingness to be curious
Come curious. Leave with a practice.
I look forward to sharing this new experience with you.
