Have you ever started a daily gratitude practice and watched it turn into one more thing on your to-do list? Or felt like you "should" be more grateful, especially this time of year?
This month we're bringing gratitude into regular days. Not a list to finish or a feeling to force. Just noticing what is good and still here, in the middle of real life. A text from a friend. Morning light in the kitchen. Making it through a hard day.
For me, gratitude shows up most in ordinary moments, when I'm paying attention.
What this is:
A real conversation about how gratitude shows up day to day, including on the days it's hard to find.
What this isn't:
A "just be grateful" talk, or a reason to skip over what's hard.
Together in this session we'll:
Look at a few everyday examples of gratitude, from small moments to seasons of change.
Talk about what can get in the way, like pressure, comparison and busy days.
Reflect with journal prompts you can take into your week.
We'll begin with a brief check-in, then move into conversation and reflection. Share as much or as little as you'd like. Listening is just as welcome.
Whether gratitude feels close right now or far away, this conversation is for you. This is one way to explore it this month, not the only way.
What to Bring:
A journal or notebook (optional, for reflections).
A cup of something warm, if you like.
Gratitude doesn't have to be big to count.
