We are thrilled to welcome you to the WeVibe Residet Collective! A space dedicated to professional and personal growth through community. My mission is to provide you with more than just a beautiful studio; I aim to share with you with the tools that I have learned in my own process necessary to successfully launch, manage, and grow your mission and purpose.

Book YOUR EVENT
This is where you book your time. Payment is required 48 hours after booking to secure your date and time. If you cancel your booking after payment, you will receive credit for the time. You can use the following Payment Methods.

You will receive your temporary door codes an hour prior to your class start time. I will be texting you your coded.
To open the door you will enter your code and press the LOCK button. (it is backwards)
To close the door you will receive a second code before the end of your class. When you are ready to leave enter the code then the UNLOCK button and pull the door towards you.

Alexa: The down stairs lights are able to change colors. All you have to do is ensure the lights are on and say for example,
“Alexa turn lights blue”
LED light: There are also (2) LED lights you can use and set to your prefer color, Sorry, I am not sure how to do it, there are buttons in the back :)
Galaxy Light: There is also a galaxy light please ensure you do not use the cord for any thing else but the galaxy light. Thank you!

Free street parking is available on Taft St. Please read the parking signs on Avondale ST. They do require a permit after 5pm on most days. Also, if your event is at a prime time you can use the lawn as parking space if absolutely needed.
As a host you are welcome to park on the lawn or the driveway.

Honoring the Sacred Space
As a member of the Collective, you are a Keeper of Sacred Space. Join me in maintaining the high vibration of our home. Please contact me if there is maintenance needed in the space or even deeper cleaning to be done. Here is a checklist of items to help keep our space energetically and physically clean and vibing. I also added a studio tour video to help answer any questions you may have. I am here for you so you can always reach out to me if you need additional assistance.
Mandatory Vibe Keeper Checklist:
Floors: Floors will be cleaned weekly ensure, if you notice they need an extra sweep or a quick mop after your class/event broom and mop is stored by the tea station.
Mats: Neatly roll, stack, and stow all studio mats, blankets, and bolsters in the designated storage area.
Climate & Power: Turn off all lights and A/C Heater before leaving
Bathroom: Ensure the bathroom is tidy and stocked.
Trash: Please ensure that trash is taken out if it is full or contains food items. Trash bags are under the tea station.
Doors: Confirm the door is locked when you leave.
Collective Growth & Connection
Your success is our success. Here is how we ensure your vision is amplified.
Amplified Visibility: Your class/event gets listed on our Events Calendar. Please ensure you send me your flyer/description/payment link so I can add to the calendar.
Social Media Promotion: Please tag Wevibe_studioshtx or send your photo/flyer and your preferred Instagram handle. We will feature a welcome post and cross-promote.
Sporlight: Send me a picture and bio to add you to our Instagram/Facebook WeVibe Collective Spotlight. This is a nice way to introduce yourself and your offerings
Purpose Nurturing Zoom Meetings: Join our monthly Zoom meeting with other Collective members. I will have a topic each month to start the conversation. Here we shared business growth, accountability, and community building.

Renter Agreement & Liability Reminder
Safety and Security is Paramount. Let’s have our backs. WeVibe Studios is slowly working to become a legit place of healing, community and business. As we move into that space, here are a few housekeeping notes to keep us safe and secure.

Insurance: We highly recommend securing General Commercial Liability Insurance. You assume full liability for any injury or claim arising from your use of the space, as acknowledged in the Renter Agreement. Below I have added links to creditable insurance companies that support the work we do. I personally use Body Workers.

⚠️ Important Terminology for Comparison
- Occurrence Form: Provides Maximum Long-Term Protection. Covers incidents that occur while the policy is active, no matter when the claim is filed.
- Claims-Made*: Lower Initial Cost. Only covers claims that are reported while the policy is active. *Note: Some BBI plans purchased after mid-2024 may now be Occurrence-based. Always confirm your policy type.
- BPP (Business Personal Property): Coverage for your business assets (sound bowls, gongs, furniture) against theft, fire, or damage.
