    You can’t think your way out of trauma. We use breath and movement to release anxious stories stored in the nervous system. Connecting you to your body in a healthy and liberating way.

  • Vibration & Sound

    Uses resonance to bypass the thinking mind and bring your bio-electrical body back into harmony restoring your nervous system and energy flow.

  • Mindfulness & Meditation

    Trains you to observe your "goblins" (thoughts and triggers) without being consumed by them. Allowing you to embrace them and see them as a power and not as a curse.

  • Trance & Hypnosis

    The conscious mind is the gatekeeper. We use gentle hypnosis or Yoga Nidra sessions to bypass the mind chatter and rewire the subconscious scripts (the Goblins) at the root.
